Minerva Jacob runs the digital side of the lab. On a 30 minute call she confirms the case types fit the pack, walks you through connecting your scanner, and sets your first order up with you.

How the pack works

The package of 10 is ordered up front, in one payment. Minerva sets that up with you on the call. Nothing is charged on this page.
All 10 cases must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
New clients only. One night guard pack per practice.
3 day in-lab turnaround on standard cases. Shipping time is on top of that.
Free shipping on orders of 4 or more cases. Under 4 cases, shipping is billed one way.
Case types are confirmed by the lab before anything ships.

What happens after the call

STEP 1

You talk to Minerva

Thirty minutes. She confirms the case types fit the pack, answers what the pack does and does not cover, and sets the order up with you.

STEP 2

Connect your scanner

One time setup on the system you already use. She sends the exact steps, or does it with you on the call.

STEP 3

Send your cases

Send all 10 within 30 days. Standard cases go out in 3 days in the lab, and shipping is on us at 4 or more cases.
